If he isn't from Singapore than I'm completely baffled. I think the angle is President S.R. Nathan, who technically won an election, but since no other candidates qualified for the election, he ran unopposed and no balloting was done. Hence elected, but not democratically?

Lee Kwan Yew is the MP for Tanjong Pagar and former PM of Singapore. He's been elected several times, but not democratically, because he has never been opposed.
We should do this again though. It's fun. What would be good is to do a version of that game where you have someone's name stuck to your forehead. That would bring the lulz iyam.
