A frozen entree needs to be heated/cooked, but you don't use electricity directly on the product.

I wondered about some hand warmer or heating bean bag that goes in the microwave.

But doesn't really fit with Q14 as they are not "used" with something that requires electricity.

So, maybe it is some hand-held attachment of a device. The attachment is useless without the main tool/appliance, and the tool/appliance needs electricity to run.

Just throwing things out hoping we might stumble on this..
