I found his game rather interesting and he dealt with unknown players there so it will probably help you to read his posts. Coincidentally he's the one that capped me but I ain't even mad.
You guys both just played a game on 2+2 POG, here?

To find all my posts, just search me. Probably find enough:

TommyDanger, just replace the dbmurph22 with tommydanger.

We have a DB but need to have a username to view.

To anyone that's played with BLFG - he strikes me as the type who could easily make those posts about well named when they're both wolves, am I correct?

Chips for thinking the same way I am, mainly regarding you. Note that he is a very good player so he is one of the reads I am most vary about in my (alphabetized) list. He can come off as cryptic but just let him do his thing and give his opinions weight after he draws the n1 kill.

I just played a game with Ragnarok, I don't think I'm allowed to go into detail since the game is still going but I was very surprised once his character was revealed and I think I have a grasp on how he villages.

lenC:

I don't like Ragnarok because there is a lot to comment on and he has failed to comment on just about everything going on in this game. That's not townie behavior. He's just blending in with posts that have no value in contributing towards finding mafia. Do you disagree?

Oh, could you tell where Chips' read on me is based on? Because i can't and apparently a lot of other people can't aswell. Also why is he your townread as you state you can't have a solid read on him on D1?

Forgot about STS, he's villaging too, no way a wolf opens with "is no lynching a possibility".

I agree with your thoughts and that's why I thought he was a wolf in [ongoing], but I was wrong. I'm guessing he can replicate this tone as a wolf with not much problems but I'm fine with giving him the nod on early d1.

I can't really answer for him, for me it was mainly this post:

STS_za

Well known writes many words but says very little. I am confused about VE's reading comprehension skills this game.
We agree on WN though

Why is that alignment indicative if it's standard play on his forum?

wtf. You just said "Chips is thinking alike me" and now you are saying you don't know what he thinks? Contradiction much?

I don't think he'd have the courage to make that post as a wolf in specifically this game.

I don't think he voted for you because you were being villagery.

WN's opening in PTP Vanilla+ played less than a month ago is not a good look.

Okay so it seems like there are a lot of people who are unwilling to tell their reasoning behind actions. That does not do any good if you are town, so stop it. Right now.

lenC:
Regarding STS. What makes you think he has no balls to say what he did as mafia? I see it like this:
If he thinks no-lynching is our best option he does either:
(1) "I think we should no-lynch because XYZ" -> makes his opinion clear and takes a stance.
(2) "Hey guize. Maybe we could no lynch on this fine D1, what do other people think?" -> Asking other people's opinions before taking a stance on something he already has a stance on (as it's been proved).

Why would you choose option (2) as town?

Read, don't read, your game.
So, crabby opened up his game by doing a multi-quote of a bunch of posts but not really saying anything interesting or having any point to it.

When it's pointed out, he says he did it to avoid making 40 (n.b. that it would have been like 12 acutally) posts and looking scummy.

But then he hasn't posted anything else. I think this is a huge wolf tell. His explanation only can be true if he's actually combining things because he has a lot to say. But he has nothing to say.

*** MOD POST ***

Apologies for the spamming of those pictures. As some of you may have noticed, we tried to set up a public spectator account for this game. Obviously, someone thought it was funny to abuse this account and thereby ruin the opportunity for everyone to be able to spectate this thread optimally, so now we've had to take away that opportunity. Carry on.

lenC: comparisons to normal POG games are going to be just about useless to you, but this conversation has already been had by me so you can read it in the prior thread

also fwiw I'm going to be saving the majority of the rest of my posts for tomorrow. Partly because of how long the day is, and partly because I'm feeling a little ****ty tonight.

I will leave you for the night with a short list of people I believe deserve scrutiny:

vagos
shin ganzgetsu
vineetrika
maki
crabby

The reasons why I leave as an exercise for the reader for the moment :P

Fun to flesh out the contradictions. Town people do them sometimes because they're not as careful, but evil does them too because of their duality.

Regarding evil, I think scum, regardless of their being and skill, really, really hate getting attention (along with their teammates). They often go out of their way to avoid speaking about them, even without conscious thought. It's really hard to lie about someones alignment when you are already aware.

I'm interested in Vagos. Not just because of the....*drifts off*.....I mean he's in my top tier of suspects as well.

I find this post very funny because this is my signature on Vendetta Strada:
"It's in my experience scum, regardless of who they are or how skilled they are, absolutely, positively hate attention on themselves and their teammates, and will general go out of their way to avoid actually speaking about them, even subconciously, because it's hella hard to lie about someones alignment when you already know it."

One of the best players there once said that. In a game where he was scum. This definitely doesn't apply to good scum players. I laughed so hard when i read this because it totally gave away his alignment.

I tell you what big kitty, I got my big axe ready. When I began posting today a wise man by the road told this to me:

Prepare yourself for a virtual FOREST of text. It's up to you to navigate that forest, but watch your step! Scum may be hiding, ready to trap you unaware. Can you lumberjack your way through the thicket of spam to find out if his forest is enchanted or cursed?
