Super wolfy phrasing saying he could be wrong twice. Saying it at all is wolfy actually, liek not wanting to commit to a read that he knows is false. Saying it twice reeks of an edited post. I was pretty surprised no one else addressed this tbh (not necessarily that it was edited, that could obv go either way - just that it sounded so awkward).

to reiterate, if you (vagos) think that CDL is the most likely wolf then shoot him. the fact that he might now be vanilla after shooting his wad is immaterial. negating some of the potential down-side of your shot is valuable, ie, if you shoot the most likely wolf then you're much less likely to dispose of a useful villager role.

Well, I should say that I deliberately gave the wolves a role that people thought would only be given to a villager, because it had slightly more village utility than wolf utility.

In Mystery 2, everyone had a night action that targeted someone but nobody knew at the outset what their night action did. One of the wolf roles was the Social Network, which posted information about their target's "status update" in the thread every morning. (Some people's roles also caused them to send their targets messages that would indicate what kind of power had targeted them. If an angel targeted someone, for example, their target would receive the message "you felt safe last night." The Social Network role would broadcast one of the messages that their target received to the thread as a whole: "XXX has updated their status. They felt safe last night." This helped the village slightly more than it helped the wolves, depending on who they targeted, since people could infer their own power by seeing what message had been sent to the person they targeted. Part of the balance of this role was that it would be seen as a probable villa role, so the wolf who had it could safely claim it without being turbolynched.)

This much deliberation is definitely a shade wolfy. Assuming you're villa, you have no real info, stop letting other people speculate and tell you what to do.

I do think this is a fair point, and the fact that there's been no visible effect definitely militates against it being real.
