I’m trying to keep an open mind about Ash since lots of people think he’s a wolf (or did at the point in the thread I was at when first writing this), but honestly I still think he’s a villa. Bolded is particularly villagery.

This vote in particular is bad. Other ppl were voting him when his role was less obvious, binkles sticks the vote on right after he gets super villagery (imo).

Binkles was repping a level of certainty here that I can't possibly believe he actually felt. Yes, he changed his story shortly thereafter, but it's still somewhat telling imo.

He realized Ash got super villagery right after that and changed his vote - first to baids, which was fine, but then quickly switched off and ended up leaving his vote on another villager before peacing for the night. Not a good look.

Also, this. Super weird comparison. Ashington in Buffy was indeed doing exactly what shark pointed out – relentless tunneling of both Gad and Shark on d2. But here’s the thing, he was tunneling Gad because Gad was leading in votes on d1 and didn’t get lynched, and Shark because Shark was defending Gad, saying wolves could have saved him even as a villager to make people say things exactly like what Ash was saying right then. Ash’s suspicion was mechanics-based, not some mega-tone read that he couldn’t let go of. It’s a completely different scenario.

Secondly, that was d2, this is d1. D1 reads are typically going to be much weaker than those made after the first EoD/night cycle. Not to mention early d1, where absolutely nothing at all game-related has happened, other than ppl poasting and making light reads. It’s absurd that Sando could expect anything comparable to d2 in Buffy from Ash itt at this time in the game.
