I'll go
(6) kitchen-seems obvious. Not sure why you would go gourmet chef for 9. A part of the allure of kitchen is to have a new hobby to spend time on.
(4) library-massive time sink there
(3) qual med care-don't want something bad to happen and have no answer. Going qual since not sure where else to put this last point
(1) pool table-another hobby I could sink many hours into
(6) puppy-need some connection to sustain me
(10) top of the line comp with every video game-eh **** it. Game nerd, and this can sustain me for a long long time.

Wanted to go gym. But feel I can come up with exercises not needing a gym to stay in shape. Wanted to go stock market, but what is the point without internet? 23 points to have internet+stock market too much. I might include tobacco/drugs/alcohol for a year or less, but damn, for 10 years, including any of those will likely end up ****ing you up.
Hmm 9 years...lets play this game again

I still think
(6) Kitchen
(4) Library
(6) Puppy

seem obvious

I do think I failed to include

(2) Skylight

Easy pick for 2022

(3) Cell Phone activated once a week now seems much more powerful and an easy pick in 2022. Why the hell would I spend 16 for internet now? Also allows for video game playing that day.

hmm 9 points left

(7) 52 inch tv with all premium packages sticks out. I mean that is so much more powerful then in 2013. That now pretty much encompasses all movies and tv shows which was worth 4 points in 2013.

2 points left

It all really depends about what the greenhouse encompasses. Otherwise I'll go med care.

Ask me to play this game 10 years (i.e. before kids, wife, house) then I'd snap do this. That's FU retire money if you do it right. Conservative 2% withdraw rate and you're set for literally life.
Now, it would likely have to be 50M+ to miss my entire kids life growing up.

Regardless, lets do this thing:
(6) Kitchen + ingredients (I assume this includes meats, cheeses, fish, etc)
(2) Garden - Ya'll don't understand how much the human mind will go totally insane without sunlight (assuming the garden gets sunlight obv)
(4) Library - This is such an easy choice. There's a **** ton of great books in there, and I'm going to come out hella smart
(3) Medical care - Insurance policy yo
(4) Music - nuff said

That's 19 so far

(6) Workshop - I can build my self a bunch of cool **** using all the books I have as reference
(3) Cell phone - keep in touch with my peeps, blog about the whole thing and make a **** ton with the best story on the interwebz
