If anyone has suggestions about tweaks that could induce players to take the money and run more often, thus restarting play so that everyone could participate again, I'd love to hear them. I considered the suggestion that when a One misses a question he be tossed from the game but that seems way too harsh, and a milder version, such as excluding him from being the One again until someone has won the million, might have the opposite effect from what I want. I really don't know, but I do want to ensure that, to the extent possible within the structure of the game, everyone gets to have fun.

One thing we will do is try to use hard questions in late rounds. There absolutely will be a chance that the One will miss any given question, even in categories (s)he feel confident about, if we're writing the questions well, and we'll be doing our best.

I like your "milder version" quite a lot actually. Simply making questions really hard will definitely increase turnover, but everyone randomdotorging an answer may turn people off.

Also, note that many POG$ are available to anyone who finds me that car I mentioned above. (2005 [later is fine but unlikely] Boxster S though, yellow or green preferred, low miles, under 20K)

Note also that these POG$ are worth nothing outside the game, while in this game they are worth
