No but I met one within the last week that is extremely similar. open 48% from sb, call 27% from bb and 3b 20%. Pretty nitty for hu cash, but it's so difficult to play against those ranges.you have a range disadvantage if he does anything but fold with a huge chunk of your sb range. In bb, he folds to 3b 40, calls 40 and 4bets 20. I'm using crev to do some work vs. This villain type, it is +EV to open 100% in sb, BUT...everytime you see a flop, he will have a range advantage vs you. In sb, you discount his range advantage when you vpip but he now has position. Idk what to make of it yet, but I will find out.
