Player sits me at 50hu my PT4 has 300 hands w him playing 38/42 sb/bb w 37%3b. Yes I'm serious. His fold 2 3b is 0 so all hands he is opening are close to top of his range and he is willing to call 3b. I was up on him on last 2 sessions this time he gets AAvsKk and is up a buyin. From this point forward he continues to employ the same rock style PF. I mr 100% as he folds so often pf. My question is what else could I have done to exploit a tight style like this?? His 3b was way too frequent so I began 4bing only which I got folds the 2 times I had AA and QQ. The other 4bs I employed were 5bet huge to where I had to fold. This was literally the most frustrating match as I couldn't find a way in to exploit him. With someone so tight wtf can we do? I tried calling his 3b and he would barrel when I missed and if I hit he would xf. Advice would be appreciated.

No but I met one within the last week that is extremely similar. open 48% from sb, call 27% from bb and 3b 20%. Pretty nitty for hu cash, but it's so difficult to play against those ranges.you have a range disadvantage if he does anything but fold with a huge chunk of your sb range. In bb, he folds to 3b 40, calls 40 and 4bets 20. I'm using crev to do some work vs. This villain type, it is +EV to open 100% in sb, BUT...everytime you see a flop, he will have a range advantage vs you. In sb, you discount his range advantage when you vpip but he now has position. Idk what to make of it yet, but I will find out.

It's really shouldn't be that hard to play against if it was everyone wud play like that. I did find if u stay in robot mode and keep fight tight w tight after 300 hands or so they start to get bored and start getting out of line.
