$4NL

Villain would give up quite a bit ott in 3bet pots but also knows i float a lot. Nevertheless I can steal here on the turn, thoughts? Whats youre prefered action here on the turn? and as played?

Hero (SB): $7.48 (187 bb)
BB: $7.73 (193.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K 3
Hero raises to $0.12, BB raises to $0.44, Hero calls $0.32

Flop: ($0.88) 7 5 6 (2 players)
BB bets $0.70, Hero calls $0.70

Turn: ($2.28) 8 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.80, BB raises all in to $6.59, Hero ??

My stack is $4.54 on the turn

$4.79 to call into $10.67 is that 4.79/15.46 = 30.9%

I feel like this maths isnt right?

So we need 31% to call right?

Whilst playing this hand i was like hmmm i do not know if this is a call or fold lol tried to stove it quickly whilst playin

Ive come up with this range below:

55+,A9s,K9s,Q9s,J9s,T9s,98s

vs this range I have 24%

However he may continue to barrell on 9x hands?

Which gives us 27% vs 55+ (without 99)

He could have also decided to check call with a set because he has a chance to improve and if im completely honest I put him on an over pair and he made a long decision whether he had the best hand and shuved to protect his hand from draws because he knew that i float a lot have 7x 5x 6x and flush draws a lot

So vs 10s+ we have 30%

I feel like less and less people are interested in discussing math in poker nowdays, If you have a read and you're drawing and miss shut down but know spots man that's all I can say.

Don't get caught up in maths if you're crunching numbers in every spot you're probably leaking in the hands that matter the most which are just the average hand you get dealt.

Why is his turn check not in the hand history?

I'd stab turn smaller.

Against the all-in it's just a pot odds exercise.

Just let things roll bro, feel the game and the correct choices will come by theirselfs.

And no you shouldnt call that turn shove I think.

Only estimating the math in my head you aren't getting the odds to call there.

Something's not good with your line there mate lol.
Surely, you can represent quite a few hands OTF, but since he's calling the flop, imo this turn is a mandatory check, so that you don't end up pushed off (as you did). Is it a bluff, or a value shove? You don't know. But it's mainly a shove. He could be also shoving Ahxh as a bluff, and you would be in a terrible spot there.

Generally he would be shoving at that spot his value hands, since this flop helps mainly more your range than his. We don't know though how often you donkbet and on which occasions. If he knows that you donkbet with many bluffs, or if your AF is quite high, he could be shoving a wide range, where you are mainly beat.

You have not enough equity to call there. For me, you allowed him to push you off before you saw a river. Move on to the next hand

Pre and float is standard.

Ott we have so many 9x and some 4x. It's absolutely fine to bluff this hand when he checks (that was the action, right? He x/r turn, you didnt donk, right?)
We also need to turn some small pairs into bluffs at this point.
I wouldn't bet that big (judging stack depths), but really its not the worst thing.
