Was playing a fish heads up. When I raise to 10$ he makes it 30$ at least 50% of the time (don’t have stats on me but could even be higher). Same thing when I raise to 8$, however he makes it 28$ or 32$. He always call my 4bets with junk. When I limp he checks more often than raise, and I don’t like too mich since we have no initiative.

Should we use a mix of limp and raise depending on our hand. How wide would you limp the button? How wide should we open pre?

I was pretty card dead so he got the best out of me due to his aggressive plays. I was 2x my button most of the time and not folding to his 3bets almost never, which made me 2x-call marginal hands like 98o and Q7s in 60$ 3b pots IP.

Thanks in advance

open button 60-70%, never fold to a 3bet and print money postflop in position. Also, hands like 98o and q7s are the nuts here, you can call much wider profitably.

To add to Tutejszy, only 3bet for value. Play abc and don't try to trap.
