rec player I am, its been a while since Ive played poker but use to play some 50/100nl on stars years ago (around blackfriday etc) recently ive deposited and tried my hand at the 50nl and it just feels weird. Ive managed to win all sessions so far but some weird things ive noticed. People call down super light, some specific players will bet pot-pot on turn/rivers with air repeatedly. What kind of software do you think they are using it just doesnt feel natural at all to me

You are mixing a lot of different thoughts into one paragraph. It would help if you separated your thoughts.

1 - You're back after a long break - Welcome back!
2 - You managed to win all sessions so far - Congrats.
3 - Weird things - I guess it's normal to feel that way. For example seeing everyone cbet 1/3 when you're new to that size could seem weird.
4 - People call down super light. - That's quite a generalization, but ok, sounds like an easy game then.
5 - Some pot-pot with air - There is a play type I call "potter fish", who do that, with merged ranges. They can be quite a pain to deal with, but they are huge losers.
6 - Software - There is a huge amount of software out there. Trackers/HUDs, Table placement, bet sizing tools, training tools, solvers,... Most people use some of them.

ive had a few short sessions but yeah those are my observations, a few players like the larger sizings for both value/bluffs but also just in general players are more sticky with not folding pairs to turn/river bets even OOP
