I have absolutely no idea how to play neither HU nor shortstack, so IDK what is the best line. Should I have shove PF? OTF, is this a good raise or should I have folded or called with the intention of playing turn and river with something I think is a marginal hand.

Well, idk what kind of fish this is (no stats, no reads), but considering the board Ah3hQ, I think the play on the flop is unlikely to get called by worse often enough. Lower pp, a flush draw, sooooooometimes KJ, KT, sooooometimes a 3 if he's horrible.
It's unlikely the next card will be a K. You're not freaking out if you call and the next card is a heart. You might bet out some turn cards if your worried he might check behind and/or it helped his range.
You might do better, if it's an aggro or maniac fish to let him stack himself off bluffing. That's my go-to here vs those fish types; they like to rep an A.
If it's a passive fish that comes alive, and he double barrels here, you can fold.

At this depth, you should be shoving quite often preflop. If he is opening say 80% of hands for a 3x sizing 20 bb deep than shoving QJs is probably better than folding even if he calls it off with a well composed range. If he folds out of line tight then you have a very profitable shove. However you have a hand that flops really well and is probably a loser (albeit <1bb loser) played as a shove. I think that you are best off calling and taking a flop as your standard. Only if he is overfolding vs shoves would this be in my shoving range.

On the flop you have about 3x pot behind. This means that you need to be going with at least 1/3 of your hands to avoid being exploitable. If you are shoving reasonably often with hands that contain an ace preflop you are going to have to be willing to stack off with hands containing a J pretty often. This might be the best J you actually have if you shove KJ pre so its a slam dunk to stack off. My standard is to call here and call 100% of turns. K sucks but you have too much equity against an A to fold for 11 bb into 18 if there are any bluffs in his range at all. If you wanted though, you could fairly reasonably have a strat where you shoved any pair, any fd, KJ + KT of spades and folded everything else since you are happy to see him fold when you have a 3, fd or bdfd+gs and you need to have some actual value in there to make shoves credible.
