What is the optimal nash equilibrium 3-bet range?

I only know Nash from push / fold charts when you're 20bb or less deep.
An advisable 3b range 100bb deep would be something like 17-21% of hands. Either merged or polarized, the latter preferred.
It could look something like this: AT+ KTs+ KJo+ QTs+ QJo, SC, SOG, and then probaly a lot of low suited hands like 63s, 93s, 83s in a polarized strategy. When villains call lots of 3bets, you stop 3betting the worst hands and start 3betting hands like KTo,A9o,all suited Axs.
