Pokerstars support: "Since beginning of 2016, players do not earn VPPs for pot-limit and no-limit ZOOM and ring games at stakes $5/$10 or higher, 8-game and HORSE $20/$40 or higher, and other limit games at stakes $20/$40 and higher (blinds of $10-$20)."

This was what Pokerstars support told me when I inquired about not getting VPPs when I played nl1000 HU a few days ago.

So we don't get VPPs. Are we still paying rake?

Old news? Yes, you're ofc paying rake. IIRC, rake was increased on top of that as well.
Times are tough in the HU streets.
