It all depends. The following questions will help you, on your quests to play better poker.

What range of hands will villain, call 3bet pre-flop, check flop, bet 30% pot on turn, then check-raise allin on river for value?
What range of hands, will villain be bluffing on river?
How many hands are we behind?
How many hands are we ahead of?

I don't think you can bet that big on the river, I would say half pot as a maximum given your range is so strong and villain really can't call with much. When he raises just fold.
