I'm specifically asking about GTO+, but it could apply to other solvers.

When GTO+ displays the EV of your range, it looks something like this:

EV: 3.35 (3.45/2.54).

Does the middle the number (3.45) refer to the EV of your betting range? Or is it the EV of your entire range if you choose to bet 100%?
