Seems like a fold, fish will have all Jx + pair OTR but I doubt they call a naked fd ott and bluff it off. They also wouldnt turn a pair+spades into a bluff often enough
You can argue its a call for this price but they just always have it. I doubt a call is that much +EV if at all
