A little background on me and what I'm looking for

I've played poker for about six years just before black Friday.
Have always found the game fun but always been the odd $10 here and their and just played for a few hours for a laugh.

I've had allot of year gaps in this time.

However I found a poker site that offers micro limit heads up and I have fallen In love. The game just feels very different and I can play for hours straight.
It's not about winning or losing for me it's just about getting better ....

I currently play 5nl and 10nl I've done pretty good (well at least I think so) but I can tell I have loads to learn and loads of leaks to fill..

My life goal is to get upto the 50nlhu cash games (may never get there but it's a dream non the less)

So I am just looking for people to talk poker with learn and grow .....

If you're beating 5nl/10nl @ >5bb/100 over min 6 figure hand sample, 50nlhu won't be a problem AT ALL. Superbad players abound, lots of average regs who are very exploitable, and only 3-4 players that I've seen that are actually solid (Kristybabe @ Pokerstars is the toughest 50nlhu player imo, very balanced and she will not hesitate to i.e. 3bet-shove river in a balanced manner!).

If you are a decent winner at 10nl and have the br (20 buyins is enough imo), take the jump to 50nlhu now itself. It's not as hard as you probably think.

Kristybabe is tanking every decision WTF?

She multitables HU and ring, probably why she's a bit slow. How do you find her to be? Tough? Easy?

Haven't played much against her, didn't notice anything good or bad.

lol my HM2 stats show her as a 'whale' too! I'm up on her quite a bit, but I do think she is very tough to play against. Really must be on top of your game, as she puts you in tough spots a lot, but certainly beatable. I think she can become really good if she tried tho, she has the right frame of mind for HU....

how do you all know she is a female haha.

Her game seems very gto oreinted and maybe excessively so, and is certainly very tough compared to other regs. I think she is a bit too passive and trappy but i may be wrong on that. I don't really like being put against her that's for sure.

i thought she was a bot when i first played because of all the excessive tanking and bet sizings.

I've been beating the 10nl on coral poker heads up for about two months ....

I'm not rich enough to jump to the 50's yet.

I originally had 20buyin's at the 5nl now I have 30 on the 10nl so could be a upswing (i really hope it's not), I could not take the swing's of 50nl and I don't feel ready yet so I know I would not be able to play my A game .


I can tell I have allot of leaks and im still not great. So just trying to learn as much as I can and work my way up slowly.

One thing that I need allot of help with is working 4bets into my game.

Could anyone give me some advice on this ?

I'm only 4b about 10% I know this is not correct . But I don't know where to go. What should I work in more suited connection us , /bluffs to get it to 20% that's what I'm thinking ?

umm, you want to 4bet 20%? why? it is terribly exploitable. 10% is also a bit too high, but not as bad as 20
