So I can write a quickie, if everybody who wants action is ok with that. If we can run 1k hands, I'll put up 1k, otherwise I'm going to cap my action at 500. (total, not per person who wants it)

I'll play for $500 if we can run 1k hands, if less I'll play for less.

So I guess we're looking for a third party (you'd have to be comfortable recieving and running an .exe from me, unless you're comfortable enough with perl that I could send you a perl script instead.)

TNixon, are you just going to do a standard randomization using the scripting language? If so, I'll volunteer to verify that it's legit.

Ok, unless something happens, this is going down starting tonight. 1k hands is a lot, and I dunno how fast they'll be given that we're going to be using aim rather than an online poker interface.

Anybody else want action before it starts? I still have $500 up for grabs, since we're at least tentatively planning on 1k hands.

Session ended today basically even, we played about 50 hands and I'm up 5.22 (lol) big blinds. It's a MUCH more interesting game than both of us thought it would be. We'll have to amend the bet a bit because 1k hands would take so long but very fun game, the nerd in me as having a blast trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do.

TNixon is going to post one of our hands to give you an idea of the weird kind of situations that make it very difficult to tell what should be standard in this game.

I've actually been checking the vast majority of flops, but yeah some massive levelling situations when he's only supposed to bluff when I'm supposed to fold etc etc etc.

btw: TNixon mentioned in chat that skates told him openshipping some flops is the best strategy sometimes in my position. This sounds like absolutely horrible advice to me. Openshipping just lets him pick us off when he does hit a hand and gain 1 bb we probably would have won anyway when he doesn't.
