Why do you always get to travel? I think I'm going to set monthly goals that if I hit, I take 10 days off and fly somewhere. BTW poker house discussion later.

They can be pretty tilting but if you adjust correctly it's like printing money (as long as they are the classical limping/calling station type)

Ok I'm looking to play more heads up, and I know that in heads up you have to be prepared to call your opponent down with weaker hands, but if you soulread your opponent as weak, and he shoves, how do you know if it is a profitable call? Providing you only have high card. I'd be quite interested to know how I would work out if the following spot is +EV to call:
Hand #1
Full Tilt Poker $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 2 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

BB: $70.50
Hero (BTN/SB): $54.40

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is BTN/SB with Q J
Hero raises to $1.50, BB raises to $5, Hero calls $3.50

Flop: ($10.00) 7 A 9 (2 players)
BB bets $6, Hero calls $6

Turn: ($22.00) 2 (2 players)
BB bets $14, Hero calls $14

River: ($50.00) 3 (2 players)
BB bets $29.50, Hero requests TIME, Hero calls $29.40 all in

If you avoided making any calls of this sort 100% of the time you would be better off for now.

You need reads to just call the 3 bet preflop (he needs to be 3b a bunch), let alone call 3 streets unimproved. Just fold the flop man. That's a crazy line to take. You must hate money.

We was 3betting a lot etc. Thought my JQ was good a large amount of time. Kinda had a read on him on flop and his line, with the flush coming and a few other things, made me feel he was bluffing.

anyway:

Final Pot: $108.80
BB shows 6 Q (Ace Queen high)
Hero shows Q J (Ace Queen high)
Hero wins $108.30
(Rake: $0.50)

BTN/SB says "are u fuqn kidding me?"

But yeah i'm not sure if these kind of calls are a mistake, the times that he isn't bluffing + times he is bluffing with better hand leave me confused as to if I should be calling.

when this sort of call works like once every 2 weeks, they are on top of poker mountain. Untill theyr high card hero calls stop working and they lose it all back to me + more vs my TPNK lol.
