anyone down for a 2 table nl100 match for an hour or so? just got back from a break today, so might be a bit rusty, and literally noone is playing me..

really hate playing hu nl on stars, at least tyring to play is annoying as hell. u get no action, and when you do the match lasts 50 hands tops. \vent

i mean, i understand what poker is today, esp hunl, i understand why all these guys just wanna play fish, but i dont think its ok that its sooo costly to find sb who actually wants to play. like, the lobby should work as a communication b/w plyers tool, im standing there trying to signal: i wanna play! and its almost impossible to find the few that actually want the same thing. going through every table, getting hnr, playing 4 handsnquit, hearing stupid excuses (rather than honesty) etc thats no fun. the fact thats its +EV to make notes for ppl that systematically hitnrun is just perverse.

now all theres left is hypers and plo zoom, and donkaments bleeehhh

Just go through the lobby a few different days colour coding the people that won't play and the ones that will. It will make things a lot easier.

found a match, 45 hands exactly, then leaving without even saying gg or bye, come on people at least be nice!

That's some crazy game selection there, I mean if you are willing to play anyone at 400 why would you bother with 100 at all?

Also, I'd have thought if you challenge the right people at 400 you will get all the action you want.

ye you might be right about game selection; i mean its not like a always look to play anyone at any stake up to nl400, but sometimes i jsut want action & im ususally playing anyone at lower limits. ill also play guys who i believe are better than me jsut to learn, occasionally. right now im looking for nl100/200 jsut because i like to rebuild a little after taking work/uni related breaks just to get the flow back, and its literally so that the search costs outweigh the potential expected benefit of finding & playing a game, which is making me sad. smoking & watching a moive now, good times poker

chllenging ppl is lacking a lot of flexibilty imo, just kinda have to agree and communicate n stuff, and i just wanna play like im feeling like.. does that make sense to you?

but yeah, it's frustrating when you are looking for a match and 9/10 insta sit outs and one plays 50 hands.

True, one time I tried playing regs and got hit and run. It sucked.

what stakes are you looking for action?

Most in the HU reg population are generally interested in playing (or at least prioritising action against) the weakest players possible but that doesn't mean some of them won't play people where skills are perceived to be similar.

- sit ppl more than a couple times (some ppl genuinely have matches going on other sites) and you'll quickly figure out who is completely disinterested in playing
- ask "another time?", some ppl actually say yes and mean it
- look at which regs are playing other regs already as an indicator of potential interest
- play anonymous tables on euro sites

Or just play on Bovada

Is everyone else still without HUD and tracking on FTP? Anyone know when the HEM update will be released? I heard PT4 has already been released
