It depends on a lot of things like how good you are, your style of play, your ability to withstand swings (and not tilt obv), and the quality of competition you will be facing. If your experienced 40 buyins should be fine, though i wouldnt feel to comfortable going to much lower…..

PS lowest HU cash is 50 NL right? I'm looking for 25NL with decent traffic and RB.

the thing is, that the lowest limit on PS is NL50, so all the fish are 'forced' to play higher compared to ipoker.

reading the nvg ftp thread is really depressing. too much cynicism and skepticism for my tastes, although they may be well deserved

I did the exact same, 600 was well enough, especially with the 600 bonus helping you out as you go. People say you need so and so buy ins, usually overestimate IMO. 20 buy ins i'm more than comfortable with. Just bumhunt until you get to like 20ish, then start smashin regs

50nl hu on stars plays like no other site at 50nl just due to the fact there aren't lower limits.... if you're going to deposit $1k, then you really shouldn't have any/many problems... If you want a bigger roll to do battling then just table select a little harder at the start till u increase ur roll.... but honestly. $1k should be more than enough.

Hey guys, how do you think guys like dragons1974 developed his style? I'm playing some hu on cake right now messing around with really weird "fishy" lines. It feels scary making all these weird plays, but I've had some really odd interesting spots as a result

^ It seemed a little buggy last night.

Schmeff is 16-tabling midstakes and playing 2 tables of 5/10 HU, I find that amazing, sick winrate too.
