how to adjust to the 'auto straddle' in heads up cash game?

opponent is auto straddle and auto double straddle.
would it be smart to lower stakes and punish him by having him auto double straddle each hand or is that no advantage ?
also how would you adjust your opening range from BB vs his straddle when stacks are
25bb deep?
50bb deep?
100bb deep?
150bb deep?
200bb deep?
when i limp vs his straddle he's good for a (min)raise about 60% of the time, so should we be limp reraising big PP as much as possible?

Sorry why limp in cash game ? Limping is more so in a Sitngo as a end game play

id just raise every decent hand, and accept that its going to be loose game if villain wont fold at all

does being deepstack like 200+BB deep (effective to the straddle) effect how you would play a hand like say A9o or A8o when the straddler will make small raises and cbet with just about any two cards?
