Heads up Challenge format?

I want to play a low stakes no limit heads up challenge with my friend. We want to play 1500 hands then consequently the winner taking the winnings. I am unsure of how to structure the challenge as in should it be the most hands won?, or the most chips won over the 1500 hands? I have seen some videos and heard things regarding heads up challenges just not sure how to structure it, Thanks.

1500h not really a big samplesize but yea the winner would be who won the most of course.
