I'm playing 10NL HU on iPoker an i would like to know what would be a good win rate at those stakes as the rake is huge

I've got a small sample but paid 23bb/100 with a 4.5bb/100 win rate, the games are very soft so i don't know if that's a good or mediocre winrate

Anyone knows how is iPoker softness and rake structure compared to other sites such as FTP and stars at the 50NL level? Should i change sites as soon as i get to 50nl ?

Thanks !

You probably shouldnt play HU cash til 100nl because its really difficult due to the amount of rake taken. I actually think nl10 may be unbeatable due to rake

BetRaiser doesn't have heads up tables.

You can create your own.

(Plus there is no shortage of empty tables to play HU on)

I'm currently playing HUSNGs, but once I build my roll up to handle .25/.50 HU cash (since that's the lowest for FTP/PS), would it be better to switch to that if I don't like the push/fold endgame that's in HUSNGs?

yes

Can anyone recommend either specific individual videos or video series that focus on 3betting/4betting (possibly even 5betting as stacks get deeper)? I am switching from HUSNG to HUCash and am looking to get a little more comfortable in regards to aggressive 3/4 betting and post-flop play before I start actual gameplay. Thanks in advance.

I'm a 25nl reg winning at 6bb/100 or 11bb/100(EV)

do you think it's better for me to move up to 50nl 6 max and beat it first then make the transition

or transition to HUNL at 30 buyins a.s.a.p?

What are some subtle differences that are important between playing 6 max NL versus playing HUNL?

How is the variance like in the lower stakes of HUNL say from 50nl-->200nl? in terms of downswing stretches/breakeven stretches etc?

If you're talking about NL25 6max then I dunno, I don't think you should just jump stakes + into HU in one movement. There's more money involved, a lot better players involved and a lot more aggression.

would you suggest me to grind a month or so in 50nl crush that stake before transferring into HU? cuz 50nl is the lowest at sites i play . . . =[ for hunl

Why not try HUSNGS for a while?

A few questions:

How many hands does a std HU reg play in a month?
Average winrate in nl50-nl400 when bumhunting (aka opening empty tables)?
Are there enough fishes in nl200+ or you need to play regs if you want to make a decent amount of hands?

Thank you.

i'd like to speed up my learniung curve as fast as possible. I'm trying to get in a few thousand hunl hands by starting up 6max tables 25nl. . . Good or bad? Experience vs rake?

Why not just move somewhere with nl25/nl20 cash tables then?

The rake would be a killer but it's going to be regardless at these levels.

is there going to be a a that huge difference between 20/25nl cash tables and 50nlhu at stars or ftp? I mean after all . . . it is the lowest stake on stars/ftp for headsup><. . . .

Well personally I'd go to Merge or Cereus or elsewhere with Nl25/NL20 HU cash tables as you'll gain hu experience playing rolled against bad players. Since you've no experience at NL50, let alone HU I wouldn't suggest jumping right into it.

If you're gonna stick with Stars/FTP then I'd try $10 normal husngs and move up when beating them for a good clip. Gives you HU experience and builds your roll. Then you can move into HU cash when you're properly rolled and have some experience.

Trying to speed up the learning curve on a small BR is a recipe for busto.

Total noob questions - I apologize in advance..

Whenever I look at the HU lobby for FT there are literally 50 players sitting at every limit waiting for action.

1 - How brutal are the wait times?
2 - How hard is it to put in volume?
3 - How much worse does it get as you move up?

Thanks in advance.

You don't have to wait if you sit someone who is already waiting.

Not hard to put in volume at all.

When you get to 100/200, you might have to wait for awhile

hey guys, just wondering how big a difference the rake being capped at $1 on euro sites makes to winrates at 100 and 200 NL HU?

Thank you guys. In your experiences, what has been your easiest deposit/withdrawal option to use on there? I'm guessing click2pay? I looked at the depo/withdr options on both sites and I see that on there, which I have never used. Was hoping they'd have echecks or bank wire but I don't see it on their banking options.
