So what do you guys think? I guess given the initial rerase on the river he's probably just a little nuts. However I think A9 has to be one of the best bluffs he will have in that river situation facing the re-re-raise. Blocks 99 which is my most likely value hand.

river raise by v is pretty atrocious, calling is perfectly fine as you will have some bluffs here. btw I would never put villain on a boat here, easy call imo otr given that his 99/QQ should be betting flop/turn.
