SB: $5.10 (VPIP: 17.65, PFR: 12.94, 3Bet Preflop: 6.90, Hands: 87)
BB: $3.54
UTG: $8.83 (VPIP: 24.68, PFR: 19.48, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 77)
MP: $2.63
CO: $5.25 (VPIP: 22.58, PFR: 16.13, 3Bet Preflop: 4.17, Hands: 64)

SB posts SB $0.02, BB posts BB $0.05

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has J A

fold, fold, CO raises to $0.11, Hero raises to $0.40, fold, fold, CO calls $0.29

Flop: ($0.87, 2 players) J 3 9
CO checks, Hero bets $0.45, CO raises to $1.35, Hero calls $0.90

Turn: ($3.57, 2 players) T
CO checks, Hero bets $3.32 and is all-in,

Think it's far too exploitable to just fold to the check raise on the flop especially as it's a pretty draw heavy board.

On the turn when he checks, is this a good shove? Don't want to check behind and give a free card if he's on a draw.

Trying to think of worse hands that would call though... KJs QJs maybe? V seems a decent player so doubt i'm getting called by worse

There are other factors I was thinking of but i'm pretty terrible at putting my thinking into words lol.

Hmmm got me a little confused this one, advice much appreciated thanks

First off, you only need to worry about being exploited by somebody who will exploit you - probably not someone who three bets 4 percent, for example. And actually you exploit them by overfolding.

Anyway, I agree here even a nit could raise this board with draws, and it's a call. After that, I don't like the turn bet. You don't have good chunk of show down value on a wet board, not a monster you're desperate to get stacks in with.

I'd flat pre, but if you like isoing vs minraises I guess its okay. Sizing is too big though, .3 should do.

Calling flop seems fine but it depends on villain. Turn is a spot where we want to deny equity but should never get called by worse (providing villain isn't merge betting QJ/KJ but I doubt they're given pre action). So if we are never getting called by worse, checking is the route to go.
