I assume it's already been covered, but since the rake cap gets realised less frequently, surely the rake % will be closer to 5% and therefore even though you guys end up paying lower rake, when the loser ships 3x the amount, rake will effectively alter the stakes? Since if the amount shipped is for the winner, he will have won less in bb than he would have at 1/2 so will win less and if the amount shipped is for the loser he will have lost more in bb than he would have at 1/2 so will lose more.

Does this make sense or do i just sound insane?

we're not shipping triple rake also, i guess it's worded poorly in the OP but we should be shipping triple the amount won above rake. for example, if we finished a session both down to rake, nobody owes anything. i think this is obvious (?) but we should clarify it now i suppose

okay to put it in more clear terms then, if you end a long session where one of you is down $50 and one of you is down $2 so ftp have raked $52, surely at nl200 one of you has lost a buy in and one of you is one buy in ahead, where due to rake cappage, at nl200 one of you would be up, thus the stakes are altered?

Not that playing nl192 or whatever it would turn out to be is wrong, was just pointing out you're not playing nl200 exactly

You should clarify the "doesn't matter if deep or 100bb tables" issue by choosing one as a default. It could cause problems if one players wants more of one type and the other doesnt.

If you set 100bb as the default table and one player wants 4 200bb and the other wants 2 100bb and 2 200bb, then the latter would be the amount played.
