Polonian taxes and residency

Hello,
I'm thinking about moving to Polonia on January, does anyone knows the taxes on poker income and how to obtain the tax residency? Also which sites I could play at will be very nice (it seems pokerstars is the only site allowed).

Polonia is one of the 3(+) countries inside the EU that at least an EU member can move into just like that. The other two are Romania and the (UK). But getting a 5 year or whatever permit to stay in other countries here just needs incomes. Tax permits as so are no issue at all.
Polonia and Romania has the problem of regulated sites, and the related legal issues in playing elsewhere. UK has notaxes (other than high living costs, but one is social supported after 5 years, while in these eastern countries one is living in sewers, although not sure about Polonia). Romania has relatively small taxes of poker incomes. Don't know about Polonia's taxes.
