The superseding indictment charges them with Wire Fraud against the players.

People actually defending full tilt here. This is fraud. They were portraying "funds" that did not exist. No one knew what was going on besides the owners and members of the board. You cannot get a loan for
10 million for a company and pay yourself dividends without making a profit. Player funds wasn't part of the profit for the business. The profit comes from the rake. This means the player funds cannot be distributed as dividends. If it is that is blatant fraud. Explain to me how I can pay myself millions from funds that are to used to pay our customers. I'll wait
