1) You get your money out w/o taxes (if not counting the higher rake).
2) Different countries have their own ways and I don't know what it is here but whatever it is doesn't matter finally.

The German players who won in Spain live have been having trouble here. So, the case isn't all clear but I suspect one is safe if one has reported any significant winnings in one's own country as the other incomes (even when not taxed) as there are no double taxes (tricky).

Even if you play in the USA, it is about the national laws and tax agreements between the countries (you still pay but with the paper-work, you get it back). In India online, no tax agreements and all pay (plus in your own country).

.eu is in Malta and poker incomes are not tax-free there but we are not taxed for winning there. In theory, they could go nuts even years after and ask you to show you have reported your winnings.

Don't quote me on this but

1) EU players pay tax only on the country of residence. Meaning if you live 180+ days in Spain or have a fiscal adress in Spain you'll have to pay tax there. And be careful with Spain tax man, they don't leave nothing unturned even in some grey areas. Money made from publicity abroad for example. Ask Messi or Ronaldo!

2) It's after a certain amount, you'll have to pay taxes even if you're just a recreational player. So if you won some sort of relevant spin and go for example you'd get heavily taxed. But in matter of taxes you better consult with a local accountant.

Hey guys, I'm from Czech republic but I have just moved to Spain and I want to create an account on PokerStars.es.
I have all I need but I'm wondering about legislation. Is there anyone who could tell me the current situation about taxes? For example if I cashout something, do I have to pay some tax from it? If so, how, how much, when? Sorry for asking but I have no clue about these things. Thanks
