All the illegal ones. Stars is the only one with a CZ license.

http://pokerscout.com/

You are going to have to do your own homework. I don't want to recommend a list of potentially dubious websites.

Re: Czech Regulation

So, can someone confirm with certainty that the tax for players is 0 and withdrawing winnings on bank account will not cause any kind of trouble?

Re: Czech Regulation

§10 - 3 in "Zįkon o danķch z přķjmů" states it's free from tax if a source is properly licensed.

I really doubt you can have any problems when cashing out. You could be audited however in case of huge sums. Also, any tax exempt income exceeding 5 million CZK has to to be declared anyway, but still free from tax.

Re: Czech Regulation

I'm EU and plan to spend a few months in the Czech Republic. Are you able to access and play on other poker sites (Party, Microgaming etc) from the Czech Republic, even though it is technically illegal to play on them?

You are not.
For example I can log in to my party account, but when I try to register to any tournament or join a cash game, client pops up a message that you are logged in from a country where party doesn't have a license (or something like that).
And playing using VPN is againt ToS. If you get caught, your account gets banned and money taken.

Re: Czech Regulation

How can players still play with country tag "Czech Republic" at PokerStars? When I am in CZ I cannot even login.

I thought they banned all Czech accounts?

Re: Czech Regulation

Stars is the only site that is legal and regulated in CZ. You have to register your ID at a czechpoint to play.

What is a Czechpoint?

I am not Czech, but when I am visiting CZ I would like to play at Stars. So is it possible? I cannot login at Stars right now.

Re: Czech Regulation

Czechpoints are offices all over that do lots of bureaucratic paperwork. Take your ID there and you can get registered. I don't know if you can register without a Czech ID, so I guess email stars and ask what is required. Maybe you can have a foreign ID with proof of address here.

Re: Czech Regulation

Besides illegal sites (WPN, GG, etc) its not possible without having proof of address and bank accounts in a separate country + VPN.
