What is the tax situation/declaring income for chinese poker apps. These sites dont have a clear audit system through the affiliates. I wonder if people have direct experience with this issue or know the legal aspects of it.

Assuming US. You are supposed to be paying tax on winnings. Some clubs owners I know of claim to even pay income tax themselves as they feel they are more likely to be audited by the IRS than get in trouble with any regulations encountered through owning a raked illegal poker club.

Thanks for the response. What about the uk? With no tax do you need to declare anything?

Generally, you pay income tax where you reside and where you earn the income. If you live and play in the UK, you don't pay income tax on poker winnings even if the online site you play on is located in a different jurisdiction, and aren't required to report the winnings. (Could be some exceptions if you have citizenship in a different country.) There are some considerations for reporting though, in terms of health insurance coverage, loan qualifications, lease qualifications, etc.
