My guess is 2020 if we're lucky. It's been how many years since Black Friday? We don't even have anything solid. Don't get your hopes up. People will get hopeful early next year and get let down by summer time like always. Move on...

Take it back a few years. Online poker has been a billion dollar industry since what 2003? Over a decade. It's amazing the gov. hasn't sank their teeth into it yet.

Oddly they give no reasons for their prediction of NY in 2016.

Unfortunately thy can't come to an agreement and nothing will happen, again. I was very optimistic earlier in the year but as long as Stars wants in I don't see it happening.

Is this news piece legit? I though Lou Correa's term was finished, don't understand how he can still be pushing for a bill to pass. Any chance this still happens this year?

Also, looks like a bad actors clause, and that clause is not severable
