Hey guys,

Long story short : I'm a French Professional poker player based on a rural area of France and I'm trying to get a benefit dedicated for people in those areas and I have to deal with a questionable decision from the French administration.

The french administration said to me that despite that I live in a rural area and that part of my operating means (desk, computer,etc) are in the rural area because I use internet as an essential operatings means, my operatings means are outside that rural area.

Some accountant said stuff that implied that my operatings means are located in "Internet" or depend of the location of the server of the poker software that I use.

The administration and people that defend that position always refuse to answer the question : "then where are located my operating means if they are not in the local area". It feel like they use the word "Internet" as a joker.

It do not make sense to me and I will get a chance to argue my position but unfortunately I'm not the first in this position (other professions are concerned like online reseller) and the one before me failed to convince the french administration that the location of their operatings means are where their computer stand when they use internet(my desk in the rural area).

If you have any idea that could help me make that argument it would be really helpful, I fell like I'm a huge underdog!
