To date, nobody has. This is the closest thing we have to "prove it" and we still don't know if this will go to court other than surface denials originating from FT, PS, and AP's websites.

Your first statement is why I wonder why the few sites that are still are operable are even bothering to stay open to the USA. If Black Friday did nothing else, it showed foreign operators where the DoJ stands with regard to online poker. Why paint a target on their own backs, knowing full well that when the hammer falls, it won't be pretty.
I think it'd be pretty interesting, and somewhat ironic, to see some US facing online operator offer a prop as to whether this issue gets to court. I'd bet on no, since the stakes are so damn high. I've yet to read a single argument as to how our side can do anything but damage control in court. While it may help keep the companies afloat, it won't do much for our agenda.
On another note.....which comes first: legalized pot in the USA, or online poker?
