I agree, he is doing a good job of allowing appeals
Again...Think about a B2B...Pokerstars or FullTilt in partnership w/ Trump or Wynn...Funnel everything from Trump or Wynn that checks ALL U.S. DEPOSITORS and then funnels them to an int'l lobby...That is 1 way around it...

Why does Bachus think it is so hard to eliminate underage gambling? I had to give my SS# to Stars for e-checks. My credit card company asks me several questions (based on my credit report) to prove my identity. Could poker sites not do this as well?

If this goes through, I see a day several years down the road where people play at Harrah's, MGM, etc. online and PS and FT go the way of Paradise Poker. We all love those sites, but with advertising, the new sites will have even more players.

Hopefully we can take from some of the lottery business. Anyone stupid enough to play the daily pick 3 on a consistent basis can't be very good at poker.

no, rakeback comes from your RB site, not the poker site itself.

FT doesn't pay me RB, RBpros does (hidden brag about having RB on FT)

Ship it!

Barney agreed that the bill will progress in the House alongside a revenue bill. Does anyone have any info on the status of that bill?

Phil Ivey regularly plays craps for millions of dollars.

But yea, I agree with you in 99.9% of cases

I would say the odds are much better at craps, depending on what bets you make, than the pick 3, pick 4, or whatever other games they offer. I hear ya though.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the ays have it, right? Baccus seemed to be the only opposer. A formal vote is scheduled but it looks like we got it locked up, yes? One more question, I heard something in passing... Was there an amendmant made that allows the states to treat poker and chess bets as different forms of gambling than other casino games? Does this mean poker will finally be treated differently in the eyes of the online gaming laws (in other words, can states opt out of casino games but allow poker?) BTW, I am from New York City and I want to know what you guys think NY will do...
