Hey guys I'm filing as a professional on Schedule C for my Pennsylvania state taxes saying I own a business.

Where do I find the right forms it keeps asking me for my employer ID # and other things as if I own a store or something, How do I find the correct form?

Thanks!

Schedule C is the correct form. You shouldn't need an EIN if you're filing as a sole proprietor. Just your SS # is fine. It also asks for a business activity code. I've always used 713200 for Gambling Industry. If you're in Philadelphia, I think you have to register with the city in order to pay city and state taxes. I'm not sure about the rest of the state.
If you aren't too familiar with taxes and this is your first time filling out a schedule C, I would strongly recommend getting help. Yeah, it'll cost you some money, but they should be able to find some ways to save you money in the long run, including the kinds of records you should be keeping and the kinds of deductions that you can and cannot take.
