Any word on this? I know something got stamped out last year. With the victories in New Jersey and Nevada, could this revitalize a movement in Colorado?

I mean, hell, weed's legal!

That has not exactly worked in Washington. Weed's legal, and playing online poker is a felony. I hate how the state that best fits just about every area of my life is the absolute worst in this country for online poker.

Online poker. Then again, I don't use weed. I am, however, happy that it is legal. People should be allowed to make their own decisions about things like weed and poker.

Weed is useful for the users on small scale legalization whereas online poker is only useful on a large scale.

Basically, Colorado only online poker is fairly useless. Colorado opting into some larger group of states can be very useful.

Agreed with Pokerace though, people should be able to make their own decisions about such low harm things as pot and poker.

I think we're coming to a day where people start to realizing that many of the fears about many subjects in this world are far overblown.

don't worry, we'll eventually get in on the action. i mean nevada, delaware, new jersey, california etc etc will all eventually partner up w/ each other (read today delaware wants to share liquidity w/ europe) so i highly doubt we don't as well.

Jared Polis made another appearance on reddit yesterday before the SOTU..could be beneficial to ask him there. i'm sure he's aware of the issue (pretty sure i wrote him like 6 emails bitching about black friday lol) but he's definitely the guy to engage.

What about tribal gaming operators in Colorado ? They might not seek State legislation as their route.

Finally, Ill aak just to bug a coupke of trolls, has the Colorado Lottery made any noises about online sales or expansion into online gaming ?

We have been talking with key folks in the CO legislature. I think it would be an uphill climb in the state especially since the existing casinos are not "gung-ho" on the idea. We would like to push there and plan to be on the offensive.

Speaking of offensive. Former Denver Mayor, Wellington Webb who is part of Sheldon Adelson's anti-internet gambling coalition penned an op-ed in the Denver Post yesterday deriding the idea of regulated online poker in Colorado. I encourage everyone to post their reaction in the comment section.

Online poker obviously. Illegal online poker= no poker. (well, kind of) Illegal weed= smoke the exact amount of weed you would anyway.
