Hi guys, sorry in case I post in the wrong section, dont really know where it belongs.

In general I wanna ask for help. Maybe anybody could point me in any direction give ideas etc.

I have been playing on WWIN for about 1year + without any problems. Currently I have around 1.500€ sitting in the account. Its a very small site with very little to no action. When I made withdrawls I always made them to my verified skrill or my personal bank account. My account was fully verified, if I had a question for support they answered in 1 day. Never had problems or did something against TOS in a way.
Beginning of january my account was suddenly inactive, i messaged support and was told the following on the 18th of january.

Maybe a random check, can be whatever. Thought I give them time, offer any kind of verification they could need and it would be done in a few days maybe a week max.
Its been over 3 weeks, my account is still inactive and I have never received any further emails for them dispite messaging but not spamming them politely.
I have also messaged them on FB and Instagram today -they dont have twitter/X I believe.

Maybe anybody has any idea, maybe the have an account here on 2+2 which I highly doubt tho, any input would be very appreciated.
