What do poker pros put as their “profession” on tax forms?

Long story short, need proof of employment for something and they want to see tax forms. “Professional Gambler” on a tax form does not appear the most flattering. Does anyone put something else besides “pro poker player” or “pro gambler”. Maybe “pro athlete”? Asking for a friend

"Gambling." I was told by an accountant that the type of gambling doesn't matter to the IRS. I'm sure that's true and not true.

File as a professional gambler on Schedule C.
