Hi,

I've been around for a while now, when I started my poker carrer I had this urge to learn and become better hence sought for knowledge, went through CFP's, dozen of "brand new revolutionary" courses (RIO, UPSwing, ZerosPoker, BBZ, JNandez and others, the list is long), spent good amount of time in poker forums, discord channels, youtube communities and the list goes on, I could describe this process as frustating.

After a while I understood that truly good information isn't avaible and most of content and discussions in all those sources aren't good, simply as that, though those experiences served me well to understand that the journey was going to be very lonely and somewhat selfish. I had to learn how to become an independent learner and I couldn't find how to do it in any course I bought (K. Rabichow Game Plan talks about it but was released recently) they were mostly talking about strategies and let's be honest knowledge retention through videos is quite low anyways. Today I overcome this paradox, I teach people and I'm quite successful in my games, still a long way to go but I know I can trust my process now.

The point of this post is to ask you, how do you create good relationships in the poker community after the rough start that seems to be the normal for everyone? I come here in this forum and the most viewed threads are not poker related, people are in deep ego fights and most of the bs strategies that are discussed here are from micro minds.

I'm sure there's more people in the same position as mine and looking to share their knowledge with truly strongminded and commited people. I've so much to share but people are just lazy and don't want to commit in the end of the day, it's quite weird.

Find a discord group. Doesn't make much sense to talk about mid high stakes hands in public forums because the games are pretty tough already. Imo.

You lose money to them over and over again but then again a leech will never be friends with the creature it sucks its blood from.
