Skimming at Americas Cardroom

I have copies of the replay but they don't copy into the thread.

In back to back hands I played at ACR my stack was skimmed. When I asked for a refund I was told I had cashed out and the pot was not awarded, which wasn't true.
What follows is a copy of my email to ACR their response, and screen shots of both hands. As can been seen the size of my stack changed from hand to hand.

Dear Patrick,

We hope this email finds you well, it is a pleasure for us to assist you.

We understand that you have questions regarding a hand.

In this case, you cashed out on that hand for $0.60:

Nucleardisaster shows [Jc Ks] (a pair of Kings [Ks Kd Ac Qs Jc])
Nucleardisaster cashed out hand for $0.60 | Cash Out Fee $0.00
Seat 2: Nucleardisaster (button) showed [Jc Ks] and won $0.96 with a pair of Kings [Ks Kd Ac Qs Jc] (pot not awarded as player cashed out)

On hand 1622142176, looking at the replay, I a awarded the pot and my chip stack is sown as $1.89 .
On the next hand 1622142778, looking at the replay, I fold and my chip stack is shown as .93 cents. The math doesn't add up here. I am being cheated by you. I want an explination and a refund.

Are you saying you didn’t click the “play it safe” option?

If you did, the replay will show how much you would have won if you did *not* “play it safe.”

If you did click “play it safe” when you actually win the pot, you do not f it the entire pot, just the % of equity you had when you chose the play it safe option.

They are not saying you left the table or cashed out the game. They are saying you chose a cash out.

This wasn't a play it safe hand as I recall, but the 1.89 at the end of the hand shows my stack balance not some imaginary balance. As far as "cashing out" goes I know of know way to remove money from the table while still playing. Which is seems to me you are saying that is what happened.

That's not what I'm saying happened.

I'm saying what they are saying.

You used the play it safe option. That is why the replay shows a larger stack than you actually have.

The replay shows the amount you *would* have won had you *not* used the play it safe option.

They are using the term "cashing out" as a replacement for "play it safe."

As referenced in their first email, had you not "played it safe" you would have won $0.96. However, you chose to play it safe and were awarded $0.60 instead.

So, the replay of the hand would still show you winning $0.96. But your stack going forward in real time will only have the $0.60 added.

You gave up $0.36 when you played it safe and still won. That's how it works. You give up amount over your current equity in the hand when you take this option and win.
