Selling 2024 WSOP main ticket <000> or Should I go for it Selling 2024 WSOP main ticket <000> or Should I go for it

Hey, I just won 2024 WSOP main ticket from Clubgg, which worth $10000 (WSOP main entry) with $2000 (travel expense).

I'm grad student, and still deciding rather I should give up my lab and go WSOP or not.
I asked Clubgg support, and they said I can simply nominate other person if I can't make out.

Should I go for my life hunting? or sell it and use that money to start with lower lever?

Any advise would be great!

Your decision needs to be made based on your current goals and position in life.

If I were in your shoes; I'd probably make the decision based on whether or not I owed debt to the school; and whether or not the expected job after school would result in paying off those debts quickly or if it's expected to be 5-10 years of payments.

If you're a doctor; it may be more valuable for you to go to the event given that expected income for a Physician is 240-360k per year in my area...which is a small town of 20,000.

If you're expecting to be a tax accountant, salary is between 34k and 75k per year. It may be well worth it to sell the ticket depending on level of debt.

If you're solely selling it to then take the cash to play in smaller tournaments; that's a personal choice based on what you feel is the right decision based on your skill level and comfort level.
