Seems like just a different take on Hold'em, what does it add in your opinion?

- 54321 number based hand rankings (super easy to memorize and use)
- easier to get premium hole cards
- all 3 hand factors (connectivity, suits, repetition) are in use almost all the time
- very often multiple draws to better hands
- easy to connect with the flop
- less combinations to track opponent's range (780)
- most likely, more players to see the flop

Absolutely nothing, just like the other 3984679 poker variant threads this now ignored user has created

Anyway, I still think this game is a little bit better than regular NLHE. I just like it more.

The main conclusion I think is that 5 poker hands is enough to build a good poker game.

It's 50% less than regular hand rankings, so I think that's pretty amazing. It somehow proves the impossible.

I didn't base this game on NLHE to make it look repetitive. I did it because 2+311 is the best possible foundation out there for any poker variant.

And I'm finally happy

I forgot to mention that the hand rankings are CONFIRMED for both 5 card stud and 7 cards (with mandatory 2 + 3 to use). So you shouldn't worry about those.

Absolutely the main thing about Royal Phase NL Poker and the basis of the game's strategy is that even though there are only 5 card ranks instead of 13, this game still offers diverse and recognizable hole card categories, such as:

- Premium hands: A A // K K // Q Q
- Very good hands: A K // A A // K Q
- Good hands: A J // J Q // A Q
- Mediocre hands: J J // Q T // A T
- Weak hands: K Q // K J // T T
- Very weak hands: Q T // J T // K T

Also, it really does matter if you have ATos or AQos, small things like this really matter. Same thing with KJos or QTos, weaker hands can easily be dominated pre-flop. And the best hand in the game - suited aces A A is now super strong, it's even stronger than aces in NLHE. Isn't that great ? I love this game more than Texas Hold'em.

It might help if you spent more than 15 minutes on any 1 variant. Have you ever tried getting a casino to run one of your games. Im sure you could find 1 that would comply .

Yeah, I'm planning to send the rules to some big casinos in Austria within a couple of days. I was just hoping people will vote on the poll here first, or maybe take a closer look at this game using real cards. It would give me more positive energy, motivation and inspiration for future steps. After all, the thread has 300 views already and still no votes except mine.

Ok, since I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia 11 years ago that looks sometimes more like a "split personality disorder", I decided to make an interview with myself. This could be the only chance to convince and encourage you to analyze my game more deeply. You can read it here:

Q: You said you've been working on a new poker game for 17 years. How is this even possible ?
A: It's true. It was almost an everyday work with the deck of cards. It took so long because I had to learn everything all by myself. Players were often helping me by sharing their knowledge and thoughts, but I still had to stick to the game maker's perspective and adapt all gained knowledge to this point of view.

Q: You claim that your game is better than NL Texas Hold'em. Why do you think so ?
A: Yes, I'm sure it's a little bit better because it offers similar potential to NLHE, but it's all based on a much more simple interface that delivers good action and big pots more often. You can be 95% sure the hand rankings are correctly verified and there simply shouldn't be any errors.

Q: You know that surpassing NLHE sounds like a totally impossible thing that simply can never happen, don't you ?
A: Of course. It sounds like a joke to 99% of poker players, I'm fully aware of that.

Q: So why do you expect people to believe you ?
A: I only expect people to give this game a chance and take a closer look at it, some of them should change their mind then. I don't want to rush anybody, but we live in a world where time is precious and everyone often lives a fast life, so why not act quickly here, too ?

Q: What if you're wrong and this game never takes off and never goes worldwide ?
A: I'm 95% sure this game is better than NLHE. It's a lot. But if somehow these 5% will win here, well this would be a mental disaster for me like never before. But you'll have to use 2 decks of cards first to prove it. Or calculate the hand rankings mathematically and find a mistake there. At the moment I have an advantage over you, because I've already dealt a few hundred hands for analysis and I was quite shocked, so I prefer to bet on my 95%.

Q: Have you ever played poker ? You would have to be a really good player to know all this before everyone else does.
A: Yes, I played poker a few times in 2008. That's one of the main reasons I decided to work on a new poker game. I see myself as the worst poker player of all time and I'm sure no one can beat me in this category.

Q: This doesn't sound good. Wouldn't having poker skills be better ?
A: I think it's better to be at the bottom of the list than for example to be in the 2,792,446th place of that list.

Q: What results do you think the poll will show ?
A: I have no idea, but I hope to find a group of players who think the same way as I do. I will surely analyze the results very deeply. I'm good at reading and understanding statistics.
