Maybe you guys can tell me if something like this has been done before.

A website that hosts games, but also functions as an online hangout for the poker community, maybe even for the gambling community beyond poker. Maybe it has a sportsbook.

The ad-supported site has a rewards system similar to the common rakeback rewards systems you see on Stars or Bovada, that you can get by playing in the games, but also by posting, viewing posts, getting 'likes,' etc, proportional to the money it makes the site in ad views, like youtube. Maybe based on its own crypto coin.

The idea seems to have an added side benefit of adding a little integrity to poker games, since players' accounts would be at least loosely ties to their identities.

Do you know if anyone has tried this?
