PLO8 quarter the Low but dealer say NO

I hope someone helps me to understand whats went on
I am playing PLO8 tornament at Party Poker.
hero: AhQs8d2h
villian: 5s2dAcTh
board: 3s4d6sQc4c

From my point of view.
High: Villian win cause he has straigh vs my 2 pairs. so he gets 50% of the pot
Low: Both have A2346 so 25% should go to him and 25% to me

From my point of view I should get 25% but the dealer give 100% to the villian.

Am i wrong? are there anything i am not getting?

I am just trying to learn if i am making a mistake calling the river even for a quarter

Are you sure it was plo8 and not plain plo? I’ve made that mistake before

100% it was PLO8 but i still dont understand why i dint get the quarter

You are right that what you posted should have got you 1/4 the pot, but if you misread the game, the board, or your hand, those are more likely than the poker algorithm of party poker reading the hand wrong.

Thanks all for your message. I understand i should be right. I understand it would be very strange that partypoker read the board wrong. So the only rational answer is that I missread the board, but i took photos, I review my famous hand 22,292,385,680. But i think now it´s clear enought. Thanks indeed.

I'm not familiar with Party Poker's hand replayer - am I right that you can replay the hand since you have the hand number? Either way, this is very odd - it certainly appears from your picture that you have a nut low and that your opponent got the whole pot. Have you sent this to support? It is hard to imagine that Party, which has been around for a long time, would have software that makes this mistake - but it does appear to be the case. Good luck.

Thanks for your comment. I really try 4 times to explain it to support team (with my spanglish) but all their answer were like I was playing PLO instead of PLO8 and I just cant explain myself. Thats why i ask in this forum ... just checking if i was wrong
In the other hand, it was a tournament so I can imagine a right compensation for that si i think i just give up

but thanks for all your comments, clearly i am not crazy (or at least not because this hand)
