Online vs Live poker with regards to a rl disability

Live play just returned to my area. I want to play but I suffer from involuntary spasms that can be triggered by words or even certain cards coming when needed.
Should I try live play or stick to poker online? I want to one day reach mid-high stakes as a cash game player but to my understanding these are often played in person...

I suffer from more than one major disability. 1 of them that doesn't allow me to sit in a room with other people 'often'. This is extremely irritating to my actual results are in live poker when I was younger.(on-line poker is harder to win at in my mind as people are readable and bots/HUDs/a good deal of on-line players are too well taught)
I also suffer from issues sitting a long time. It effects my on-line play and I doubt I could take poker as a career without a lot of time and patience I am uncertain if I have. When you get pain, you get exhausted you tilt. Both can effect me...
Your issue, it may be something that a casino(if you explained to the pitboss) would accept or understand. They may not... They may politely refuse you or they may say play at your own risk.
If your goal is to succeed I am not sure how it would effect your game. If it doesn't interfere with other players or damage you is it a problem? (It would be uncomfortable to witness but it wouldn't or shouldn't matter) I might look into ways to mitigate the situation enough to be able to play or try and see what happens? Worse than can happen ??? I am not your Doctor but maybe you should ask him and explain further.
