I am Jasper, I play four tables simultaneously in ggpoker on nl25-100. Recently, I find that I am a slow thinker, sometimes I cannot handle the thinking process too fast. And I am now going to slow down to two tables playing.

Here is my concern:
- turn to two tables means I cannot chase the leaderboard and the fish buffet anymore and the ggpoker rake is actually high.
- I cannot process four tables thinking quite well and make a lot more mistake when I play too many tables

For me, don't play more tables if You not allow the action. Rake race it's not worth for it I think. Find the site where could You play on this 2 tables(which is comfortable for You and You allow the action) and where could You have one good stable rake back( not forcing to grinding or playing too much tables)

I max 2 now. I pay very close attention now on those two tables, but usually I play 1. Lots and lots of timing tells, betting patterns can be picked up when only playing 1 table at a time. What’s great about it, I’m in a position of ultimate comfort. LIVE poker gives me some social anxiety I’ve begun to realize. Online, I don’t need to be around anyone and can think 100% clearly and am really making lots of moves and calls that are even surprising me. Building the confidence better to carry over to LIVE better.

I play 3... can't handle anymore... because i only make decisions when they pop up. Can't have all those tables popping up, im on the internet doing things.

I only play one table at a time. The casino doesn't like it when I'm constantly running back and forth across the room whenever the action's on me.

I played a maximum of 4 tables for a very long time. Then there was a period, played up to 12 at the same time. Now I try to play no more than 8.
This applies to MTT.

But there was a case when I decided to play rake race in Stud Hi / Lo and there it reached 20 tables playing in a stack.

It was a real hell, did not understand what was happening at all )

Online: 4-10 tables both 6-max and full-ring. Less than 4 tables is not worth my time. More than 10 is too fast for me. 8 tables seems to be the "sweet spot". Live is one table at a time of full-ring.

GG Poker isn't an easy site to multi table on. The tables are big and the avatars can be distracting.

Pokerstars is very grinder friendly. I used to play 16 tables at a time there very easily.

Of course you have to be playing online poker for years to be comfortable with that many tables.

Eventually a lot of spots become very rudimentary.

As a start knowing how to play every hand pre flop cuts a lot of decision making and allows you to ramp up the table count.

You should know by heart which hands to open pre flop in every position, which hands to 3 bet, which hands to 4 bet, which hands you can get all in with and which hands to fold.

I think for me, cash 3 is perfect. If it's mtts and lower thinking spots, I'll play 6-8. Once deep I minimize the tables and don't enter anything else.

20 tabling on GG poker like a boss

Since I only get in 4 tables per software in Germany, i have to route through stars, 888, party so max 3x4 tables + whatever swc and acr have to offer. but at 15+ I get sluggish as hell, haha

Impossible to play well on 2 ore more tables without it.

You don't need a HUD to play well.

Depends on game style. Tournament, up to 6 is something I can cope with. A lot of the time tournaments are on auto pilot in most spots. Cash Game I tend to stick to 2 tables.

I can do 6 tables of 6 max and experience what has been proven to be a negligible decline in performance compared to playing a single table.

12 minimum mtt 12 hours/day but i will be playing 18-22 by the end of 2022 im certain.

I have found less tables lead to way better results/play in MTT's at least for me.
